本刊创刊期采用作者免费出版政策。自本政策生效之日起，适用于政策有效期内提交的稿件，具体费用如下：
- 投稿费：100 美元/篇。
- 同行评审费：50 美元/篇。
- 文章处理费（APC）：0 美元。
- 版面费及超页费：排版后 10 页以内免费，超出部分 10 美元/页。
- 彩图费及补充材料出版费：20 美元/篇。
- 其他费用：0 美元。
作者无需购买语言润色、排版或其他付费服务作为稿件接收或发表的条件。本刊不以付费换取录用，也不提供有偿保证录用或保证发表服务。
免费政策不改变稿件的学术评价标准。稿件仍须按照本刊公布的审稿流程处理。
如将来调整收费政策，本刊将在新政策生效前于网站公布收费项目、金额、币种、计费方式、适用范围和生效日期。新收费不追溯适用于免费政策有效期内提交的稿件。

Publication Fees — Launch Period
The journal charges no submission fees, peer-review fees, article processing charges (APCs), page charges, excess-page charges, colour-figure charges, supplementary-material publication charges, or other mandatory publication fees during its launch period. This policy applies to manuscripts submitted while the policy is in effect.
Authors are not required to purchase language editing, typesetting, or other paid services as a condition of acceptance or publication. Payment does not secure acceptance or publication. The journal’s published editorial and peer-review procedures continue to apply.
Any future fee policy will be announced on the journal website before taking effect and will specify the charges, currency, calculation method, scope, and effective date. New charges will not apply retrospectively to manuscripts submitted under this free-publication policy.
